General Conditions
The sale and delivery of our products to private and commercial consumers are subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
Deposits received for remaps are non-returnable.The balance remaining is payable at  the time the remap has been completed.
All products remain the property of Ultimap until paid for in full.
All fitting instructions are supplied as a guide only. Ultimap will not be held responsible for any damages caused during fitment.
Whilst fuel savings are common with our systems & Remaps  they do depend on your individual driving style and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Product Warranty
Each Ultimap Diesel Power Module comes with a 3 year non-transferable product warranty. In order to claim under warranty, an original invoice for the Ultimap Diesel Power Module must be provided along with the power module and components. The product warranty will be void if it is found that the power module has been altered in any way. The product warranty will also be void if it is found that the power module has been incorrectly installed or mistreated. If you find a fault with our products please notify us immediately. The product warranty does not extent to any form of warranty related to your engine or engine components.

Right of Return
Each Ultimap Power Module comes with a 14 day money-back guarantee. You will be refunded the full purchase price less a £25.00 administration charge. In all instances. any  item returned outside of 14 days from invoice/purchase date will not be accepted.
If you are not satisfied with our work we offer a 7 day money back guarantee on Remaps. You will be required to bring your vehicle to us and we will remove the re-mapped file and replace your original maps. You will receive a refund of the full purchase price less a £40.00 charge to cover technician time costs.

Returns Policy
The customer is responsible for the cost of all returns. Goods which are returned must be packed correctly to avoid any damage and contain the original invoice. All returns must be sent by secure registered delivery which provides a parcel tracking system. Your purchase must be received in the same condition as it was supplied.

Product Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the vehicle and vehicle components are in good condition and free from any faults. The vehicle should have been serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines. We will accept no responsibility for the failure of any engine or vehicle components which may arise during or after the installation of our product.

Insurance
It is Advisable to notify your insurance company about any modifications you make to your vehicle.

Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the products sold on the website and to the value of your purchase.
Ultimap performance reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions above without prior notice.
